最近开机后半个小时电脑就自动蓝屏，然后就得重启，每天蓝屏一次，蓝屏时显示下面英文：

If this is the first time you"ve seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is i dentified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components， restart your computer， Press F8 to select Advanced Startup options， and then select safe Mode。

我搜索了一下win32k.sys这个文件，可是没有找到，根据网上提示去C:\Windows\System32\Dllcache这个文件夹里找备份文件，可是根本就没有这个文件夹（已经显示隐藏和系统文件夹）
本人不玩游戏，电脑也没有病毒啊，不知道什么原因会出现这种状况。哪位高手帮帮解决一下啊，不要那种蓝屏笼统解决方法，一定是要针对我这个问题的，如果真的解决了，我还会追加分数。谢谢啦！
