应该是有两种说法的：1、The meeting will be held on 14th to 18th in the next month.2、The meeting will be held on 14th to 18th the following month....

不加in 的话就用个逗号隔开就好了。用了的话就要再加上the。这个短语的用法就是这个样子的in the following month....
