Last month, MA fully reflects the corporate culture, conscientious and professional PU team,enthusiasm and integrity factory staff, kind and generous leadership. I have a good impress on MA. Thanks for MA to give me this opportunity to join the PU team.
In the first month, my main task is:
1, To be familiar with MA's products
I was confused by MA’s wide variety products and large information in the system. Through learning from bulletins, watching the products in the factory, reading the Bernie link, now I start to understand of the main products. I believe there are not too many obstacles in the future’s work.
2, To know the whole working process of PE
By assisting the project work(7475,7479,7481) for other PE, I know the working process of PE. But at the moment, I have no idea on the start of project process because the three projects have started before I involved in. PE should be quite carefully for the huge data files and needs considerable expertise and quick response when communicate with customers, which requires a long period of work experience. By the way, thanks for the team members, they taught me a lot in last month.
Through last month work, I think PE is an interesting and challenging job and I have the confidence to be a good PE.
In addition, please inform me if I have any deficiency, I will improve as soon as possible, thanks.
