Main Responsibilities
? In charge of month end closing for costing module. Strictly follow month end schedule to process costing month end closing steps to ensure all period end procedures are completed on a timely and accurate basis. Make sure the stock unit cost accurately reflect every month and any variance month to month have reasonable explanation
? Complete monthly report accurately and submit timely. Update data warehouse forecast according to schedule and use best estimate to make the forecast data as close as possible to the actual data. Any variance between actual and forecast should be timely explained with acceptable reason.
? Provide the accurate data and analysis timely for any request. Has strong sense to review and analysis plant costing data initiatively. Provide cost analysis to function leader, periodically review and help function leader to perform strictly cost control.
? Lead and coordinate the budget and strategy process, collect and challenge the data provide by function and consolidate to get budget accurately and timely prepared. Communicate the budget and strategy closely with plant manager to make sure the data reasonably stated for plant to achieve. Keep tracking the actual spending and saving through the year to help plant management to achieve the target.
? Strictly follow stock take policy to perform stock take periodically. Ensure the stock under well control, and data accurately reflected in system and in physical. Periodical review slow moving spare parts with owner to avoid potential risk.
? Make sure the statistic report timely and accurately submit to government
? Other assignment as necessary
Main Requirements
? Minimum 8 year related working experience and minimum 3 years independent costing experience.
? Knowledge about SAP system
? Team work
? Command of written and oral English
? Strong sense of responsibility, honest, quick learner, ability of working
? Knowledge of MS office
? Degree/Diploma in accounting and finance subject or equivalent
