Responsibilities: 1;Receive inquiries from FL, investigate and process the inquiry, get necessary information from other SL functions, reply to FL. 2;Receives the elevator /equipment/component orders from FL, and books the order into SL Order Book 3;Verifies the received order information, steers order bound engineering and confirms the order to FL. 4;Composes, Collects and sends necessary technical information to FL. Involves internal interest groups if necessary. 5;Informs FL when drawings are ready for approval in EDMS. 6;Receives and processes clarification requests from FL, and provides replies. 7;Confirms material delivery times and transfer prices to FL 8;Receives “No Return Point” confirmations from FL and triggers into ERP. 9;Informs FL about any deviations in delivery operations. 10;Communicates and collaborates actively and effectively with FL, e.g. by organizing front line or customer visits / meetings 11;Manages order’s financial result, ie. is responsible for order’s transfer prices to FL and project’s profitability. Requirements: Bachelor Degree, with engineering background is preferred. With English CET 6 certificate, good at oral and written English. Skillful in computer operation (Auto CAD, office software, network system, etc). Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Above 2 years working experience on Customer Service in foreign companies with manufacture function. Honest, diligent, conscientious and self-motivated.
