Since the nego bank has agreed to pay, that means docs met the LC requirements. Choices of the buyer: 1. Try to find any discrepancies on the docs, even a comma. 2. Request a court for "pending payment order". Opening bank will be forced not to pay. What are you trying to do? Conducting a fraud?Suggest you do right things.
