请问这句话用英语应该怎么说呢？

场景是这样的，我去给一个用户服务，他那出现了一个问题，我解决最后一看，是其它的问题，这个需要用户自己解决。
问下，这句 "用户自行处理"要用英语的话，应该怎么讲呢？
不是的，各位，可能是我没说清楚，是我要写个单子给公司看。上面就要说明，问题我没能解决。但是“用户自行处理了”

用户自行处理如果礼貌一些的话，应该说：请您自行处理。please handle it by yourself.加上原因：因为问题是其他原因造成，请您自行处理.please handle it by yourself for the question due to other causes.呵呵。。多指教个单子给公司看的说明：For the question due to other causes I did not deal with problem.The customer handle it by himself already....

单上写The company service does not include the user's problem. The user has to settle it on his own. 就好了。...
