highest后面的都是非谓语形式作为定语修饰比尔盖茨的money，所以谓语形式的b首先排除，C为主动形式，也不对，排除，D为现在完成时，这里只是做一个简单的描述，并没有强调盖茨的钱造成了神马影响，所以选A...

A 首先考察的是非谓语动词，B排除被记录，C排除A 和D都是被动，D是完成时，非谓语动词record与谓语动词is said 之间没有先后顺序，所以不需要用完成时综上，选择A...
