+ signed beneficiary’s letter of guarantee stating if all or part of the shipment is rejected in accordance with Canadian regulation and/or in the event of product recall, seller guarantees to reimburse to the applicant the fob value of the rejected and /or recalled goods plus ocean freight, dock charge , local cartage , warehouse storage and handline charges and all other miscellaneous charges relating to the importation and disposition of the rejected and /of recalled goods.
+ Reimbursement will be made immediately by telegraphic transfer upon presentation of fax copy of original bill of lading on the give shipping instruction on the rejected and/or recalled goods. Seller will give shipping instruction on the rejected and /or recalled goods within 30 days of notice of rejection and/or product recall.

Every tin and have can seam defects such as vees, droops, cut overs, false seams, knocked down flanges etc. there is no swollen , dented , rusty tins , no leaking tins , no detinning and no labels falling off. Products are packed in good quality tin plates , unlacquered, welded tins . sanitation code has been clearly printed on the bottom of each tin and can code has been printed with long lasting ink on every tin. Asphalt tar paper inside the cartons is not used.
