The tool forms the inside of the tubing, and then the tool is pulled out of the dipped part by cutting the tips of the part off and unscrewing the three side pins,and pulling the long pin straight out. The outside of the part is not uniform like a molded part,and has a wall thickness after several dips in the liquid of 0.08mm to 1mm. b)So, the quote should include the pricing for the Stainless Steel tool and the unit price for the PVC hose . Quote need for 5K, 20K, and 50K.
