When you meet with the exam,feeling nevous,you will forget anything that you have already remember.Even though,you will be too nevous to fail the exam.
In my opinion,learning to relax before exams is very nessensary.First,you can't regard the exam as a terrible thing.Before the exam ,you should make a scitentific plan of learning.Second,keep a good situation.You'd better do some sports,listen to music and so on.Ths last but not the least,you must have enough sleep and the balance diet.
