The increasing proportion of children crimes is regarded as a big problem in society. Many people may think the parents should take responsibility for it while others may hold a point that parents take a part of responsibility.
To beginning with, parents should pay for the crimes that their children committed because they have the responsibility to educate and cultivate children in the aspect of behaviour. The major problem which cause the children commit crimes may be the influence of the family environment which show to the children during the growth of them. Due to the incorrect impact, the psychology of a child may changed invisibly step by step and finally, the child will make a big mistake which will be defined as committing crimes in the society.
On the other hand, the schools and the surroundings such as friends may also give the wrong information to the children. Young people is easy being influenced by others that they may think everything new is fresh and exciting to them which may led them hard to identify whether it's good or not. Schools, as an institution of education, should also take the responsibility for the crimes of children. Teachers behaviour is as important as what parents do, the child regard them as a model. If what teacher behave cause the misunderstanding of the children, there will be occur some unexpected circumstance.
On conclusion, parents surely should pay for the crimes that children had committed, accordingly, the schools and friends also impact on the action of the children. Two sides should both pay more concern to the growing children and help them to identify the justice and the true.
