1.2 释义
(a) 本协议中，除非出现不同的意图，否则，本协议提及的下列词语含义如下：
(i)“资产”包括各种财产、收入和权利;
(ii) “月”指自公历月的某一日起截止于下一公历月与前述“某一日”数字相同一日的期间，但若一期间结束的那个公历月没有与前一公历月的“某一日”数字相同的一日，则该期间应截止于其结束的那个公历月的最后一日;
(iii) “日”即指公历日，“时”为北京时间计时，每日为24时；若某一期间的最后一日为法定节假日，则该日应顺延至法定节假日后的第一个公历日；
(iv) 任何 “条”, “段” 或 “附件” 指本协议的某一条、某一段或某一附件，除非另有明确说明.
