对是C 意思即“这所学校的学生中有700人是来自外国的。” “学生”前有the ，就是特别指这个学校的所有学生，“他们中的700个”，所以要of; 若无the ,就不要of 了。如果是“700个…… ”的话，就不要 of ; 如果是“……中的700个”，就对了。 Best wishes and I believe our English will be better and better<!...

如果前面有数字，不能跟of ,只有hundreds of应选c...
