婚庆产业是不同与其他产业的一个比较特殊的行业，又被称为“幸福产业”。尤其是作为新时代的年轻人，每个人都渴望拥有一个回味一生的浪漫婚礼。海滨婚礼作为一种新兴的婚礼庆典形式越来越受到年轻人的青睐。文章综合考虑海滨婚礼的项目实施背景和意义以及深蓝婚庆公司状况，运用PEST分析法和波特五力模型分别对宏观环境和战略选择进行分析，对消费者需求以及行业发展竞争状况进行研究，为深蓝婚庆公司海滨婚礼项目进行必要swot分析并且对项目的推广方案进行选择，为项目的实施提供一定的参考。
