Jenny Burt is the Chief Designer and the Kaikoura Store manager ，she joined Perfect Fashionz ten years ago after returning to New Zealand from a large fashion house in Paris . There are four sales assistants who work on a part-time basis at the Kaikoura store. All of these employ two full-time sales assistants.
Jenny works at the kaikoura store every week day .At night she designs the new clothes. Her weekends are spent with her husband and five children.
Every Monday morning, after taking the children to school, Jenny has a breakfast meeting with Ngaire and Randall. Ngaire takes some notes of this meeting and faxes them to Angela and Sophia at the Christchurch and Queenstown stores. Once every three months, Ngaire hosts a social event such as a BBQ on the beach or family day at Hanmer for all employees at the Head Office and, Kaikoura and Christchurch stores.
Perfect Fashionz employs five female staff who hand-sew all of the garments. These women work from home；one lives in Blenheim, another in Taupo and the other three in Christchurch.
Every month, Jenny has a videoconference with the seamstresses. During this meeting she describes the new designs and asks for feedback on the progress of sewing the clothes. Frequently, the videoconference is cancelled and instead Jenny must call each seamstress on the telephone. She then mails the designs to each seamstress.
