摘要
生产现场是企业直接创造效益的场所，是企业所有信息的原始发源地，也是各种问题萌芽产生的场所，现场管理水平的高低可以直接反映出企业经营情况的好坏，现场改善是现场管理的深化，对生产现场的改善，对企业提高自身的竞争力具有十分重要的意义。
本文首先研究了现场改善的相关理论，阐述了“改善”的含义、现场改善的意义，并以三洋能源（北京）有限公司的组电池工厂为例，分析了企业在现场改善方面存在的主要问题，研究了企业运用精益思想进行现场改善的途径与方法。
