1.Remove the watch"s currentband.
2.Use the adjustment slider to adjust the leght of the repiacement band ,and securethe end of the band with the band ring.
3.Remove the other band ring.
4.Pass the replacement band behindthe watch from the 12 o"clock side ,and then through the band ring you removed.
5.wrap the band around your wrist and secure it as show in the illustration .是一个有关于手表表带的说明书！
