Cspend (in) doing sth
spend后面接动词时往往用doing形式，in可有可无spend后面接名词时往往中间加介词onand是个连词，看到and时，and后面的动词形式要和前面的成分相同的动词形式相同。比如：I like playing football and reading novels.
and后的read和play形式相同，而不能和like相同。因为like在句中作谓语，read和play都是宾语...

还有一种用法是spend+时间或金钱+onsth...

C spend sth. on sth. spend sth. (in) doing sth.And前后并列的是花钱去干某事的去干某事所以都为V.-ING...

选C考察的语法点是spent some time/money (in) doing and dong something然后呢按照句意应该是建造新的飞机场，维修旧的飞机场来选择.building与repairing ！！(*^__^*)...
