楼主，由第一句的dose（带有小转折意义）可以看出，你这篇东西还有上文。你的however,应该是对这篇东西上一句作出的转折，而不是this does mean that all people are not as quick at learning in the summer as they do during the best of the year这一句。...

seems to be lowest in the summer 这和in the summer as they do during the best of the year是相对的，所以转折了...
