第二个can修饰的后面的our reactions to the behavior of our friends.跟前面第一个can修饰a customer's mood一样。后面的CAN是倒装，你把句子的顺序变一下就容易明白了。in one sence the effect of a customer's mood can be thought of, just like our reactions to the behavior of our friends can "ALSO" be thought of....

第二个can是正常用法，能够、会的意思。只不过这里倒装了。你可以把第二个句子抽出来。就是our reactions to the behavior of our friends can have the same effect...
