it's high time的用法？？？？在线等

16.8 It is(high) time thatIt is (high) time that后面的从句谓语动词要用过去式或用should加动词原形，但should不可省略。 It is time that the children went to bed. It is high time that the children should go to bed.

跟it's time...用法完全一样,high在句中只不过是强调

it's high time that sb. did sth.多用在虚拟语气中,是时候某人该做某事了,并不表示过去时态.

high timen.正是时候, 早该high timeLong overdue:早已超过时间：It's high time that you started working.你早该开始工作了
