·Perform tooling / equipment design with AutoCAD/UGS. Both tools mastered is preferred ·Perform detail failure analysis on control system & mechanical parts ·Coordinate with supplier for equipment performance tracking and production running ·Perform root cause failure analysis and resolve design or process or material related issue ·Recommend, check, coordinate and track corrective action ·Perform tooling / equipment improvement in terms of yield, downtime, cycle time and quality ·Implement project based on the schedule, assist other teams to buyoff equipment
