这句话不对，can be depended on 做man的定语是用来修饰man的，又因为man在句中是充当主语因此连接关系词不能省略，可用who、that等来连接。...

差个who应该是This is a manwho can be depended on...

不对，因为后面是个定语从句，少了个引导词，man后面加that 或who...
