Go to any post office and send by EMS package post. Just need to fill a simple address list then it's done. However it's pretty expensive. Last time I mailed a basketball from Sichuan to Singapore and it cost me about 120SGD. So maybe you can think about ask your friend to bring it to Singapore instead of mailing it.
