学生会的英语翻译有：1. Students Association2. Students Union3. Students Organization信息传播学院学生会可以翻译为school of Information & Communication Students Union....

我觉得应该是student union of school of information&communication 不过太绕了，直接用 student union of SIC后面用缩写，不放心的话可以加个括号补上全称学生会的说法有点小争议，不过student union貌似比较正规一点...
