there is contract and no contract.....if u just stay in the us for 1 year...u can choose no contract...iphone 4s is 699dollar....if u want contract is 299dollar..i am here in the us...

IPone 4S 现在都是两年的合同。你先签约，用着手机，一年以后再说。你要是违约，就得交罚款，或是转给朋友也行。...
