不对ask sb for sth 是像某人索要某物列句 He ask me for help。你的原句可以改为 He wants to ask me for help in english或者He wants to ask me about the English problems...

介词有问题。可以这样说He wants to ask me some questions about learning English.或者He wants to ask me for advice on learning English....
