SOLARIS已经装好了，
网卡按照说明安装：

请问需要改什么文件，怎么改？

Hope this will help you a bit...Just for reference.
RealTek8139 NIC driver installation on Solaris x86:
1. Download the driver rtls099.zip for Solaris 7/8 from the link
http://www.realtek.com.tw
2. $ gunzip filename
3. $ su passwd
4.as root # ./INSTALL
5. # touch /etc/hostname.rtls0
6. # touch /reconfigure
7. # shutdown -i5 -g0 -y
8. after restart machine
$ ifconfig -a
you can get your NIC info
9. to set network, type command
# sys-unconfig
it will re-configure your system.

1.配置/etc/defaultrouter文件，加入你的2000 server的ip地址。如：
192.168.0.1
2. 创建一个文件/etc/resolv.conf。该文件分为两部分，第一部分为域名，第二部分为域名服务器。一个例子：
domain www,mydomain,com
nameserverxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
nameserverxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
3. 配置/etc/nsswitch.files, 增加DNS为域名解析服务器(Solaris缺省是files)。
hosts:files dns
networks: files dns
