How to switch archivelog mode?
Now I want to swtich archivelog mode, but when I startup mount,
It issue these follow error messages, Please help me check it !
SQL> startup mount
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Managed Standby
Why I can't set the parameter "log_archive_dest_1 " ?
The content of init.ora is follow:
log_archive_start = true
# log_archive_dest_1 = "location=D:\oracle\oradata\m01\archive"
log_archive_format = %%ORACLE_SID%%T%TS%S.ARC
#log_archive_dest = "d:\dblog"
log_archive_dest_1 = "location = E:\dblog"
If I use log_archive_dest_1, The system will issue error ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Managed Standby! But If I mark log_archive_dest_1, and use log_archive_dest, Then can startup mount OK?
