create index .. online
--没有建立完成的时候取消了，以后再也删除不了或重建此索引

ORA-08105 Oracle event to turn off smon cleanup for online index build
Cause: Set this event only under the supervision of Oracle development.
Action: Debugging only.

你查询一下该索引状态
你可以等等看，如果可以重新启动试试看，正常情况下，SMON会清除它

SQL> select STATUS from dba_objects where object_name=UPPER('idx_app_base_next_pol');
STATUS
-------
VALID
SQL> select STATUS from dba_INDEXES where INDEX_name=UPPER('idx_app_base_next_pol');
STATUS
--------
VALID
已经2个小时了也没有清除。我直接唤醒 smon 进程去清除临时段，也没有效果：
oradebug wakeup9
现在没法重新启动，只能等周末了。
