There is a actions list in shipping page , you can choose Auto-create Deviveries and click go .

you adopt release s/o or manual automatic produce delivery no.
if adopt release s/o ,then may adopt the following the method:
direct release s/o form and click autocreate delivery checkbox
if adopt create delivery no manual
use departure planning way can automatic produce and too may
manual create delivery no

1.shipping>transations
query the so，then click the left "data entry >delivery data entry"
creat a manuall delivery nomber, it may tell u to entry ship to address,consignee, save it.
2.shipping>transations
query the so again, and click the shipping lines > click the "action" > select "assign to delivery" , then click the "go",u can see the delivery no. just creat.
if u need the detail meg , i can write a hand-book.
