1.Requirements
ØMinimum 5 years of application programming or database administration experience.
ØGood technical knowledge on SQL, VB.Net
ØGood knowledge in performance tuning, database administration, either MSSQL or Sybase Knowledge in UNIX Shell scripts and CTI
ØGood Technical Documentation technique and presentation skill
ØExperience in insurance industry is preferred
2. Responsibility
The system implementation, maintenance and management for Call Center TIPS systems in SEA region, including
ØAnalyzing user requirements, existing system work flows and procedures
ØDevising and evaluating cost effective solutions to problems
ØAssisting users by providing training and clarification of problems
ØExercising responsibility for user liaison, system specifications and design
ØSupport production systems andcoordinate with software vendor to deliver quality system
