为什么会是在undo tablespace呢，我怎么没有在SG上看到啊，严重怀疑我得眼睛哦

031 SG 的9-16 页说得是：
It is method of managing free space inside database segment.
当然不在undo tablespace 中。

其实OCP的题也是很难出的.
因为多数刚考的同学都没有概念很清晰,底层原理就了解得更少了.
总不能在这个题中加入E. In the bitmap block这种选项吧.
所以只能出个SG中已讲到过的概念,更上层的A. In the extent了.
