PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Online Technical Support team based on International Service Center in Dalian China to achieve assigned goal and keep high customer satisfaction
- See to the team's daily work, supply guidance to the team, keep workflow consistent, make sure the team deliver high valued service to the customer
- Motivate the team, improve the team member's performance
- Plan human resource, and take part in training program device for the team and drive the team to keep pace with latest upgrades and/or new releases in related technical field
- Establish and maintain smooth communication with Sales team to discuss operation, service and technical issues

Recommend changes in policies affecting subordinate organization, optimizing productivity, saving cost and other related managerial field
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced understanding of customer service delivery and relationship of multiple assigned work groups. Experience in enterprise service delivery environment preferred
- Proven resilience and high energy to handle fast-paced, high pressure direct services field in IT environment
- Advanced leadership skills
- Advanced training and coaching skills, able to motivate others in sensitive situations and orient a team to achieve goal
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years experience in customer service or related field and at least 2 years management experience
- Excellent Korean and fluent English; Chinese capability preferable; a native Korean who is willing to stay in China for years is preferable
