Requirements:

Computer science degree or an equivalent degree

1 or more years of experience in programming or testing
?
2 or more years of experience in software process management and QA work
?
Strong communication and managing skills
?
The ability of finding out problems and solving questions
?
Strong English or Japanese skills (must)

Active and aggressive

Creative in thought
?
Has an enthusiasm for QA work
?
Experience in leading team or project (optional)
