1st:CDC & Logistics Supervisor
Responsibility:
-
Monitoring correct implementation of the operational processes and procedures in the CDC by all involved employees.
-
The complete overview of the CDC organization
-
Managing and planning together with the CDC team the wall-to-wall inventory count.This inventory check is executed 4 times per year.This task includes the organization of the WtW and analysis of the results and count-differences.
-
Assuring the operational continuity, intermediation of the operation relationship with the CDC team
-
Translation if the priority settings towards the CDC team
-
Organizing team meetings
-
Agrees and manages together with the CDC team service requests and enhancement requests of the planning and Order fulfillment Is platforms
-
the day to day supervision of all distribution activities
-
reporting to the Supply Chain
-
Supporting a variety of projects in which the CDC team is involved
-
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the agreed KPI’s and Service Level agreementsof the CDC activities
Profiel:
-
Required education level: Degree in logistics and distribution or university or equivalent through experience. Experience in a similar function is a must, experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Skills and competences: Leadership and communication skills, : Statistics & Data analysis/interpretation, business awareness skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS applications.Understanding/knowledge of ERP systems in general and SAP IM WM is an advantage.Knowledge of customs regulations and distribution and logistics documentation is and advantage.

Attitude: The CDC & Logistics Supervisor is a goodcommunicator and coordinator who is flexible and dynamic. He/she has an excellent cost awareness and is alert.He/she is a problem solver, works structured and has a process oriented approach.

Language: Excellent Chinese and English writing and speaking

2nd:Program Management
Responsibility:
-
Management of the Customer relationship
-
Timely execution and delivery of Orders in line with the contractual agreements, roll-out plans of the customer while managing Priority settings and eventual supply constraints.
-
Managing Customer orders aiming overall customer satisfaction while monitoring and managing the profitability of the Programs within the budgeted project costs.
-
Timely receipt and registration of Customer orders/contracts and order receipt confirmation.Communication of the various process steps and eventual problems to all involved parties.
-
The realization and management of the sales revenue targets, implementation and monitoring of the correct pricing principles and agreements while monitoring and analyzing financial margins and managing the accounts receivables.
-
Correct implementation of the applicable processes, timely reporting and measurement and monitoring of functional and operational KPI’s.
Profiel:
-
Required education level: University degree. Experience in a similar function is an must, experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Skills and competences: commercial skills, negotiation techniques, people management skills, good knowledge of standard MS applications.

Attitude: The Program Manager is a excellent communicator who applies and manages the execution of existing processeswith the necessary discipline and consciousness. He/she is result driven, assertive, flexible and alert.He/she is quality minded and has a explicit feeling for organization skills.He/she has good abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and is a problem solver and “gets things done”.
