isa2000問題。

新裝的ISA2000，規則是允許特定用戶任意站點。下面的USER上網也正常。
問題現象：我們是一個鞋廠，需要通過上網下載定單，其地址為http://gis.wwwinc.com/servlet/f60servlet?form=gisfs000，因其為ORACLE開發，故第一次訪問許安裝Java，在安裝完Java後出現問題，現象請見附圖。我詢問本單位的軟件人員，得知ORACLE需要用到TCP1521端口進行WEB訪問，於是我在ISA2000中新建一規則，特定允許TCP1521通過（注意：我之前未限制任何端口&網站！），仍是不行。
望各位朋友能幫忙思考應如何解決，不勝感激！！！
PS：我在同一電腦上通過ADSL訪問這網站是沒問題的，已確定是需在ISA2000設定。

I think the port # is wrong. Find the right port and set your ISA Server again.

這方面我有試過開放所有port，出站、遠端所有的端口，也是不行。

Only DEFINED ports in Protocol Definiation are opened, not ALL ports.

試了好多方法都不行。。。萬分沮喪時，無可奈何，，，隻能打電話給下面的USERmm，，，請她們再容我一天時間找解決方法，沒想到她們竟然說昨天都是可以正常使用的，而今天還沒試過。意思就是我曾經設定過正常的方式。
苦苦回想，再試了好幾次。。。沒想到結果如此簡單：
把gis.wwwinc.com在Destination Sets裡單獨設一個站點，然後在Site and Content Rules裡把這個Sets設成一個Rules，設為任意使用者訪問。再到Client測試。通過。
