LAN Administrator\File and Directory Services
Principle Accountabilities
?
Performs network administration duties for a global Active Directory implementation.
?
Supports and maintains new technology implementations such as RIM and McAfee ePO deployments as well as emerging technology deployments.
?
Addresses support tickets in a timely manner and perform level 3 support for assigned tickets.
?
Coordinates with team members on project documentation and successful project completions.
?
Participates with team members to perform weekly, monthly or annual system updates and upgrades.
Qualifications
?
Bachelors degree in IT, business, or related field preferred.
?
Five to eight years of IT experience, including five years experience with a global Active Directory implementation.
?
Skills in MS products (Windows 2000/XP, Server 2003, Office, SQL, Exchange)
?
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
?
Must be highly motivated, innovative self-starter, team player and work well under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
?
Desire for a challenging work environment.
?
Some travel may be required.
?
Fluent in English.
