Role Description
The primary role of .NET Engineer is to be a self starter and team member of a project.He/she is the full-time team member on projects and will:

Serve as a full-time technical design and implementation resource on his/her .NET project.
?
Work with a dedicated Project Manager/team lead to complete coding, configuration, documentation and testing tasks as assigned
?
Serve as an individual contributor for key components of a client solution
?
Communicate timely status of all deliverables and metrics
Description of Ideal Candidate
BS in Computer Science (or related field) is desired.A candidate with enough relevant work experience may be considered as well.
?
Ability to work in a fast moving / changing environment
?
Excellent communication and people skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
?
1- 2 years of overall technical experience on .NET projects using Microsoft products. Familiar with .NET framework.
?
Good understanding of OOP with C# or C++
?
Development experience of using Databases and Database tools
?
Understanding of Functional Requirements of his/her modules
?
Documentation Skills to the level of being able to document self-written code (technical and functional documentation)
?
It is better to have telecom application development experience.

Sr. .NET Engineer （高级.NET 软件工程师）
Role Description
The primary role of the Senior .NET Engineer is key/core team member of a project who provide coaching to junior .NET engineer, verify technical direction/solution and research on complex and demanding business solutions, develop the key components of a project. The he/she is the full-time core technical member on projects and as such. The Senior .NET engineer is expected to:

Serve as a senior, full-time technical design and implementation resource on his/her telecom application development project or software internationalization or other commercial web based application.
?
Engage in day-to-day design & development processes, contribute to crucial technical decisions as the nature of a client project evolves on areas of project under his/her major domain
?
Work with a dedicated Project Manager or act as a team lead to manage scope and estimate delivery schedules (including work efforts)
?
Serve as an individual contributor for key components of a client solution
?
Work with a leveraged (i.e., part-time) Technical Architect to define system requirements and application design
?
Coach junior .NET engineer who work with him/her
?
Communicate timely status of all deliverables and metrics

3+ years of development experience using .NET and associated microsoft products or technologies.

It is better to have telecom application implementation experience in the functional areas of customer account management, product management, order management, channel, or marketing etc. using BEA, Siebel, IBM products
?
It is better to complete understanding and mastery of the telecom application software development lifecycle particularly as it relates to CRM, BOSS, Billing.
?
It is better to have seen 2+ projects through the complete lifecycle (requirements, design, development, and release/launch)
?
Experience in delivering in a CMM 3 level organization of higher is preferred
?
It is better to achieve English CET level 6 or equivalent
