Responsibilities:
?
Develops new site sales plan with Asia GM to ensure revenue growth to meet company’s objectives.
?
Take over and foster the fresh leads from marketing to build solid leads pipeline and manage the leads through from beginning to closing.
?
Understands prospects’ critical business issues and design vision strategies. Helps sales staff to determine prospective customer needs and degree of interest in company's products and services.
?
Builds new channel sale and works closely with agency to expand territory and grow revenue.
?
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and fast growing software sales.

Work with the marketing dept to develop plans that provide leads and a full pipeline.
2.
Identify, qualify and focus on high potential prospects.
3.
Lead the execution of the sales process and sales cycles.
4.
Lead the transition from the sales department to the services department.

Being a key member of the Asia Management Team by sharing your sales teams plans and goals, communicate with and understand the other departments as well as spreading the company culture, values and direction.

Manages personnel activities of (i.e. hires, trains, coaches, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as necessary, etc.).

Adept at driving growth of company revenues and improving sales-team performance.

Channel management experience.
?
Strong manufacturing industry knowledge and/or the ability to articulate how to solve a wide range of predefined business issues using our products and services.

Proven managerial skills: team building, communication, negotiation, customer management, staff management, forecast and budget management.
