statistics for the index feilds has 0 distinct value

新建了一个Index, 用Analyze index compute statistics 语句来生成统计信息。结果发现里面有2个字段的dintinct value为0。虽然新的Index已经被用到了，不过还是感到奇怪，表里面明明是有一些不同值啊，至少也应该是1嘛。

Are you saying xxx_INDEXES.DISTINCT_KEYS = 0? Can you give a test case so we can test? Never forget to tell us your Oracle version.
