PL/SQL Developer - Language Packs
Language Packs
For translated versions of PL/SQL Developer you can download and install one or more language packs below. After installation, the application, user's guide and help file will be translated. You can switch between different languages via a preference.
The language packs need to be installed after installing PL/SQL Developer, and will work with both the registered and trial version. PL/SQL Developer 7.0.0 or later is required.

plusqldev7.0中文包太垃圾，当习惯了英文版，中文版总是看不懂，最主要的是7.0中文汉化软件版的bug太多
