(Sr.) Technical Analyst

Senior Resource Manager
DIRECT REPORTS TO THIS ROLE
None
KEY OBJECTIVE
Contribute to the profitability of Oracle Support Services by providing technical support, business solution implementation and risk management, either on-site or through remote access, to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide advanced technical and functional consultancy services to customers
·
To work with Global Support Team and Customer Management Delivery Team to manage problem in crisis situation.
·
To establish and maintain good relationship with customers
·
To asisst Services Sales Team to develop technical solution for large scale services project
·
To pitch Oracle Services values and generate business lead to Services Sales Team.
·
To provide 24x7 pager standby services to named customers on a roaster basis
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
·
Technical degree with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education
·
Strong Database Administration, Tuning and Trouble-shooting experience
·
Production System Support experience
·
Oracle Application Server, Developer (Forms, Reports) experience is a plus
·
Application Development experience is a plus
·
PM experience is a plus
·
Good Communication Skill and Fluent English.
