第二题我在网上查了一下，找了一下帮助。
UTL_FILE_DIR应该是9i以前使用utl_file包使用的参数，如果UTL_FILE_DIR=*，即可以访问任意目录。
9i以后有了directory，oracle推荐使用directory方法。
