在red hat as3上安装oracle9204遇到的问题:error in setting permissions of file/dir

red hat as 3系统下安装oracle9204时候，系统提示：
error in setting permissions of file/directory
/home/oracle/jre/1.1.8/ license
可是我看了/home/oracle/jre/1.1.8 的权限是oracle用户和dba组啊，请问是什么原因，如何解决？

已经chmod777 /home/oracle/jre/1.1.8 了，还是提示那个问题

"Error in setting permissions of file/directory /u01/app/oracle/jre/1.1.8/bin/i686/native_threads/.extract_args"
This happens if you didn't burn your CD correctly.
Either you burn your CD again to include dot files or you copy the .extract_args file from your downloaded image to where runInstaller complains it is missing.

[root@RHAS4 ~]# groupadd oinstall
[root@RHAS4 ~]# groupadd dba
[root@RHAS4 ~]# useradd -m -g oinstall -G dba oracle
[root@RHAS4 ~]# id oracle
uid=501(oracle) gid=501(oinstall) groups=501(oinstall),502(dba)
[root@RHAS4 ~]# passwd oracle
Changing password for user oracle.
New UNIX password:
BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.

解决了，我重新将解压缩DISK1后正常了。
