We are an International Human Capital solutions provider. Our client is a leader in SAP implementation and Consulting Services operating in Europe, Asia and the US. It employs more than 500 industry-experienced consultants setting standards in quality, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness. We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead its China operations.
General Manager - Based in Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Capability to take the Company to the next level
Building up and maintaining a strong relationship with Clients and Key Accounts
Business Development as a main target based on a strong existing SAP network
Ensure a timely implementation of the SAP projects, accuracy, reliability and quality
Ability to propose and select appropriate technology solutions to meet business needs, and able to manage the implementation of technology solutions
Strong sales skills, ability to grow the business and find the right resources
Overlooking the operation and leading the whole team
Recruitment, Training and Development of employees in a multicultural, multidiscipline environment
P&L responsibility
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
At least five years working experience
At least 2-3 years working experience as sales manager or project manager position in related field
Excellent knowledge in the application of advanced SAP technology for real business operations
Proven experience in P&L, finance, BD or key account management is preferred
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently with high sense of teamwork spirit
Good leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent language skills (oral and written) both in Mandarin and English
