You first make sure that a given log group is 'INACTIVE' -- check v$log.
Second, you use alter database to drop redo log group # to drop the inactive group.
Third, you use alter database to add the log group back, using the same files but of new size -- use REUSE clause.
Fourth, you use alter system to switch logfile until your new logfile group is ACTIVE. That way you know it is good.
Now you do the same for all of your other online redo logs.
