Key Accountabilities:

Required Skills:

5 years or above IT/ Marketing experience

5 years or above ERP sales in China with proven sales records
2. Oracle Pre Sales Consultant
Key Accountabilities:

Provide pre-sales service to customer's prospects
?
Work closely with sales for account development
?
Participate in sales activities, preparing proposal & solutions for customers
?
Develop phototypes for customer demo
Required Skills:
?
More than 5 years of experience in consulting company, preferto have oracle implementation experience.
3. Oracle Project Manager
Key Accountabilities:
?
Establish Genpact Software credentials in Data Warehousing area with the client demonstrating depth of knowledge in Data Warehousing Projects and linking Business issues to the Data Warehousing Solution
?
Scoping, Architecture / Technical Solution, Effort Estimation, Project Team Resources / Skill set required, Project Cost Estimation, Create effective Proposal
?
Effective / regular status communication & timely escalation / resolution of issues. Manage Project Team effectively – high team morale, role clarity, regular performance feedback, Resolution of tough issues.
?
Manage scope, effort and cost within the estimate. Identify Project Risks and mitigate proactively
Required Skills:
?
Bachelor or equivalent
?
Experience of Managing 5 / 6 Data Warehousing Projects Wing to Wing with at least two Projects for US / Europe based organization and at least one with multi-country system
?
Thorough understanding of DW Implementation Methodology – Project Lifecycle – DW Design, ETL, Reporting, Testing
?
Thorough understanding of DW issues & recommended actions – Large Volume of Data, Adequacy / Accuracy of data from base systems, etc.
?
Overall experience – 10 years with at least4 years in Data Warehousing area
?
Communication, Client Relationship Management
?
DW Tools experience required : Informatica, Cognos, Brio, Hyperion,Business Objects, Oracle Express
