Job Summary
Report to QingDao Office General Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the assigned business targets like quota and customer satisfaction targets. The territory of Account manager covers EPG account in ShanDong Like Haier,JiNan Steel Group, Longkou Mining Group etc.
He will be frequent travels are required.
The responsibilities include

Achieve assigned revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets.
l
Get accurate account profile and know account form both business and financial factor
l
Organize industrial marketing activities to improve products sales and customer relationship
l
Work with internal/external resources to build LOB solutions to grow microsoft production sales
l
Develop account plans for first class Account management
l
Work with the developer team to improve .Net wins in assigned account
l
Develop revenue growth plan for coming two years
Knowledge and Skills
l
Bachelor Degree or above.
l
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
l
Fluent spoken English an advantage
l
Good Team player
l
Good coordination and organizing abilities.
l
5 years of IT sales experiences in the enterprise/government space
l
Preference to working experience in Shan Dong top enterprise account.
